Hans Stüwe was a German singer, film and opera director, radio performer, stage and film actor. He was born in Halle (Saale), Germany, and studied music, acting and singing. As a singer he made his debut at the Stadttheater in Königsberg and moved to Berlin to play on stage. His first one was "Des Königs befehl" (1926), which made him a big star.
