Nedeljko Despotovic，Born in 1959, in Belgrade, Serbia. Since elementary school Despotovic worked intensively in the world of amateur cinema. He is included in the index of non-professional Authors of Yugoslav Cinematheque. His amateur film 'Sam sam', made in 1975, was presented on Cinematheque's grand retrospective.
