Arnold Frank，He was a composer and editor of Flemish songs. He was also the head of two magazines 'Schlager-Editie' and 'Schlager-Revue'. Arnold Frank was also the owner of a recordshop in Antwerp, and he was known in Flanders because he had written several songs for movies directed by Jan Vanderheyden.
