介绍
Luqman was born in a village near Jallandhar city,British India on Dec.23,1922.Luqman was first an assistant director to famous film director Shaukat Hussain Rizvi of super-hit film Zeenat (1945) fame.After creation of Pakistan in 1947,he migrated to Pakistan.He was hired as the film director for the second Pakistan-made film Shahida (1949).
