Pawel Plonka is a film director, cinematographer and producer born in 1976 in Poland. In the 2005 he established an international film production company called 24MEDIA film production. He is also a founder and president of Silesian Society of Filmmakers and director of Filmmakers Day' Film Festival taking place in Katowice.
