Jesse Ruda, was born Jesse Joseph Ruda on January 18 in Baker City, Oregon. At the age of 3, Jesse was involved in a car accident which left him paralyzed from his waist down including the left side of his body. After months of rehabilitation, he regained feeling in his legs and his ability to walk.
