Ted Skjellum，Ted Arvid Skjellum was born in Kolbotn, Oppegård, Norway and is a Norwegian musician best known as Nocturno Culto, the vocalist, lead guitarist and partial bassist (shared with Gylve "Fenriz" Nagell) of one the most influential Norwegian black metal band Darkthrone.
