Carmine Perrelli was born in Cosenza, Italy. While attending Columbia College in Chicago pursuing a career in Art Advertisement, Carmine took a beginners acting class and met director Ivory Ocean. Ivory cast Carmine as a lead in the production of Ray Bradbury`s "The Wonderful Ice Cream Suit" performed at the 11th Street Theatre in Chicago.
