Martin Schöndorfer，Max Kolby was born in Villach, Austria, on April 4, 1990. His mother Silvia (née Kolb) is a former teacher and his father Josef Schoendorfer is a store manager. He has three older siblings, two brothers and a sister. Kolby's interest in the stage goes back to his early childhood both in the fields of acting and music.
