Kelsey Chamness，Born Kelsey Gabrielle Chamness in West Memphis, Arkansas. She has spent all of her childhood years growing up in Hughes. Her parents are Alfred and Donna Chamness. Both which reside in Hughes. Kelsey has one brother George Patrick Chamness who is ten years her elder. Her debut was playing the role of a zombie in the film "Whispers in the Dark".
