Phil Moore，A native of Baltimore, MD, Phil Moore has been heard a lot of places entertainment-wise. He was first seen in the 1989 movie _After School (1989)_ where he played a basketball player. He has done numerous television commercials and has appeared in television shows. In the early 90's, he started out as a comedian in Orlando.
