D.Y. Sao，Born in Cambodia and raised in Long Beach, California, D.Y. started learning martial arts on his own at the age of seven by imitating Jet Li and Jackie Chan. At 21 he was introduced to Chinese martial arts at the Southern California Wushu Academy eventually earning numerous medals and honors including the national Wushu title, a place on the U.S.
