帕蒂·杜克（Patty Duke，1946年12月14日－2016年3月29日），本名安娜·玛丽·杜克（Anna Marie Duke），美国女演员，出生于纽约州埃尔姆赫斯特城，曾就读于纽约杰泰诺青年职业学校，从事演员、制片人及配音等职业。家庭成员包括丈夫迈克尔·皮尔斯和演员儿子肖恩·阿斯廷。帕蒂·杜克七岁开始职业演出，参演《女神》《闺房记趣》等影片。1962年凭借在电影《奇迹创造者》中饰演幼年海伦·凯勒获得第35届奥斯卡金像奖最佳女配角及金球奖最具潜力新人奖。1963年起主持电视剧《帕蒂·杜克秀》。职业生涯中共获得3次艾美奖，两次获得金球奖（包括1969年《我，纳塔利》最佳喜剧、歌舞片女主角奖）。1985年至1988年担任美国电影演员协会主席。1982年被诊断为双相情感障碍后投身精神健康倡导工作。2016年3月29日因内脏破裂引发败血症去世，终年69岁。
