海伦·海丝（Helen Hayes Brown，1900年10月10日-1993年3月17日），美国女演员，生于华盛顿哥伦比亚特区，被誉为“美国戏剧界第一夫人”，与凯瑟琳·科内尔、琳·方坦并称二十世纪二三十年代美国戏剧舞台三大女演员。凭借《战地情天》《国际机场》两次获奥斯卡奖（最佳女主角、最佳女配角），同时斩获两项托尼奖、格莱美奖及艾美奖，1986年获总统自由勋章。她5岁登台表演，9岁在百老汇出演《旧棚屋》，18岁因《亲爱的布鲁斯特》成为全国明星。1931年凭首部电影《战地情天》获奥斯卡最佳女主角，后重返舞台主演《维多利亚女王》《断肠花》等作品。1952年因电视剧演出获艾美奖最佳女演员。1970年以《国际机场》再获奥斯卡奖，成为首位实现“娱乐三重冠”的演员。纽约海伦·海丝剧院于1959年以其命名。
