李·格兰特（Lee Grant），本名利奥瓦·哈斯克尔·罗森塔尔（Lyova Haskell Rosenthal），1925年10月31日出生于美国纽约，美国女演员、导演、制片人。李·格兰特1952年参演电影《侦探故事》开启演艺生涯，同年凭借该片获得第24届奥斯卡金像奖最佳女配角奖。20世纪50年代中期继续电影工作，1976年主演电影《洗发水》再次获得第48届奥斯卡金像奖最佳女配角奖。其演员代表作涵盖《穆赫兰道》《购物》《苦海余生》等影视作品。她自1972年起涉足导演领域，执导作品包括《课后特殊时间 第一季》《A Matter of Sex》等，并参与《巴格达急诊室》的制片工作。
