Igor Zektser started his career in a ballroom dancing studio in Israel. He was studying ballroom dancing between the years of 1994 and 1999. In 1999 he became the manager for the group. He was responsible for organizing a numerous amount of performances on TV and worldwide competitions, as the organizer and a performer.
